WHO IS JESUS

To begin the fall semester we wanted to take a deep dive on Jesus. We believe that many students may have never truly encountered him before. Some may think they have but they have only heard bits and pieces, leaving them confused. Many are sure that they have but have only encountered broken people doing a poor job of representing him. Because of this they may have decided to leave Jesus behind for good. Regardless of previous interactions with Jesus, it is always helpful to take away our assumptions and begin to look through the lenses of the people who walked on earth with him and begin to understand him as they did. To them, he was a healer, a teacher, the Son of God, the Messiah, the Way, the Truth, and the Life. But to all, he was a Friend. This semester, will you pursue friendship with Jesus with us?
